Dea Lisk M. A, NTP is a Nutritionist, Energy Therapist and Reiki Master. She is also an Alchemical Healing Teacher who brings 14 years of study and training in healing modalities to her practice.
Dea’s background includes a Bachelors Degree in Humanities (Mythology, Religion and Latin). She was inspired in her twenties by Joseph Campbell. His work awakened a love for Myth that has expanded to include Goddess Mythology, African Diaspora Spiritual Traditions and all forms of how we connect to Love and the Divine. In her thirties she gave birth to an incredible boy and completed a Masters Degree in Special Education. In addition to academics and life skills, she taught Health and Nutrition in the Eugene public schools (co-authoring nutrition curriculum for high school students with disabilites) and currently maintains an Oregon Teaching License. Dea brings her educational training into her practice to help kids suffering from health and behavioral imbalances.
In her early thirties, Dea had a spiritual experience that changed her life and gave her the abilities to feel energy fields and sense and clear blockages. She has spent the last 14 years training and developing that gift. Dea received Reiki 1 & 2 certification in 1997, and has been a Reiki Master Teacher since the year 2000. She studied Reiki with William Rand at the International Center for Reiki Training.
In 2003 Dea began her Alchemical Healing Training with Nicki Scully. She is now one of Nicki’s trained teachers and part of the Lineage of Thoth. As part of her ongoing interest on healing and health, Dea holds a certification in Nutritional Therapy and continues to update her knowledge in order to more fully support her clients’ physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellness.
Dea is a founding member of The Circle of Life Center for Integrative Therapies, located at1039 Taylor St. in Eugene, Oregon. Services offered in the Center include acupuncture, massage, color therapy, reiki, nutritional therapy and other energy therapies.
